Room available in a homely Bedminster house!

Hi,

We are Imo (27) and Fi (31) looking for a new housemate to join us in a lovely 3 bed house from end of July.

I (Fi) work as legal secretary, but outside of work am very social, lots of outdoors exploring, ceramic projects and lots of cooking at home.

I (Imo) work in recruitment, outside of work I’m big into cycling and keeping active, lots of weekend spent adventuring and bike-packing. I also enjoy a relaxed, friendly home life and Vegan cooking.

We have lived here for just over 1 year with one tenant now moving out.

The house offers an open plan living/dining space leading onto decking that overlooks the large garden. Being on windmill hill, the kitchen/living space is in the basement level, the ground floor has one double bedroom, shower room and office space and the first floor is two double bedrooms and the bathroom. The bedroom on offer is on the first floor.

The bills are not included but are around £135 per month.

The room available is £600 (we all pay an equal share). It is also unfurnished! Good for someone who is tidy with their space but still a very comfortable room. Can fit a desk!

You would be entering into a rolling contract, where tenants are required to be in full time employment or able to provide a guarantor.

The area is very accessible, lots of green space in the garden and being next to Victoria park and the supermarket are/high street a 5 minute walk away. The road offers on street parking, and no permit required!

We both work a 9-5 (hybrid home/office days) but have a lot of interests outside of work so we’re not always in the house at the same time.

We are looking for a person on the same page, tidy and outgoing to join a lovely house!
