Spacious double room available in modern flat

My flatmate is moving out around August/September, so I’m looking for a girl to move into our lovely modern flat.

About the room:
Spacious double room, currently unfurnished, although this can be discussed as my flatmate may be able to leave some furniture behind if needed.

About the flat:
It’s a modern new-build that’s really clean and spacious. We have an entrance hall, a shared bathroom with a bath, an open-plan living room/kitchen, and a balcony (which is shared with the couple in the flat next door).

Location & transport:
The location is ideal if you work in Bristol city centre, it’s only around a 10minute walk into town.

There’s permit parking available outside the flat. Each flat gets two permits, and as I have one car, there would be a permit available for you if needed (£58 every 3 months).

There’s also an Asda directly across the road and an M&S Food a short drive away.

About me:
I’m 27 and work in marketing. I mostly work from home but usually go into the office 1–2 days a week.

I’m pretty social and outgoing, and I’d love to find someone who I’m also friends with. I also completely respect having your own space and downtime.

I enjoy going to the gym, Pilates and yoga classes, going out for food and cocktails, but I’m equally happy with a chilled night in watching TV.

Bills:

* Rent: £800 per month each
* Deposit: £800
* Bills: Around £83 per month each
* Council Tax: Around £88 per month each
