We’ve got a room in our lovely home in Windmill Hill, and we are looking for someone to join our house!  
 
The House 
We’ve got:
* 6 bedrooms with a relaxed homely feel spread across 3 floors
* A fully equipped kitchen/dining/living room with separate washing machine & tumble dryer 
* 2 shared bathrooms – you will be sharing a bathroom with 2 men

It's a great spot – 10 mins walk away from Bedminster, easy links into the city centre and just beside Victoria Park 🌳
 
The room 
Located at the front on the first floor, this is a fully furnished room with a double bed, wardrobe, desk & chest of drawers. You are more than welcome to bring any additional furniture to make it your own! 

Priced at £875 per month (all bills included so no additional costs), with a deposit of £1009. This room is available around 5th September, just ask re dates as I am flexible to move.
 
About us 
You’d be living with 5 us so here is a little bit about us all: 

Jono (31) -  Originally from Motswana/South Africa and works as a product manager, big foodie always cooking up something new 🥘

Izzy (26) -  Support worker who is always up for a chat and loves her coffee & gym 💪☕️

Oscar (28) – works for the council and big into his climbing (and always up for people to join him) 🧗

Amber (25) – primary school TA who is usually up early as she is big into her yoga  🧘‍♀️

Stephen (28) - woodworker, another keen climber and loves an adventure ⛰️
 
We love having a de-brief after work, pub trips, climbing, film nights but there is also no pressure to be social 24/7 (we do love our downtime) 😃

We're looking for someone who is:

* Friendly, open and good at communicating 
* Working professional 
No couple or pets, apologies
