Looking for a relaxed, friendly place to call home? We have two single rooms available in our welcoming 4-bedroom house in Bedminster (BS3) from 1st September.

Whether you're working or studying, we're looking for two considerate, easy-going people who want to enjoy a comfortable home rather than just somewhere to sleep.

🛏️ The Rooms

Both rooms are similar in size and south-facing, so they get plenty of natural light throughout the day.

One of the rooms is downstairs and features bay doors opening directly onto the garden - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or making the most of the sunshine.

The house has a cosy furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely south-facing garden that's perfect for summer BBQs, relaxing after work, or enjoying a drink on a warm evening.

It's a clean, comfortable home with a relaxed atmosphere where everyone respects each other's space while still enjoying a friendly chat, shared meal or occasional trip to the pub.

This isn't a party house, but it's not a silent one either - we're looking for a good balance between having our own lives and enjoying living together.

You'll be living with a full-time professional and a mature student, both in our mid-20s.

We're friendly, respectful and easy-going, and we're hoping to find housemates who are similar.
