Small double room in 4 bed house

Small double room available in our 4 bed shared house located just off North Street Bedminster. The house has shared living space, kitchen and one bathroom. We have a small patio out the back and the house is situated opposite a large park.

Rent is £500 per month. Council tax band C. Bills work out at approx. £110 each per month (for wifi, water, electricity and council tax)

The room comes unfurnished but potential for bed to be left by previous tenant. The room currently has a double bed in however could be swapped for a single for more space.

Current tenants are two professionals and 1 mature student, all aged 25/26. Students welcome to apply but will be required to pay council tax.

We like to try and keep the house a nice clean space to live in, we are social and enjoy spending time together in the evenings but also value our own space. Happy with hosting friends, dinner parties, movie nights etc but not a party house.
