3 Month Sublet in Bedminster Townhouse

£530 all bills included

Looking for someone to take on my room for 3 months (OCT, NOV & DEC) , with the potential of staying longer if I choose not to come back.

The preference is female (to keep the balance), a non smoker (not a deal-breaker I smoke outside) someone who doesn't WFH (keeps the bills down) and a non-party head. Please still apply if this is not you, as this is preference only.

The room is on the top floor of a 4 storey townhouse located a 5 minute walk from Bedminster Train Station, from Lidl and from East Street. The room will be furnished with the bed, desk and maybe the drawers. The common areas include 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with 3 fridges, large cosy lounge with a balcony, a utility room, garden and patio area. I will upload more photos of the common areas on Wednesday.

Everyone in the house is pretty chill, everyone goes about their own lives but we still have time for a catch up if we bump into each other in the kitchen or sometimes we do shared meals and watch TV together. The home is a clean and tidy space so please only apply if you can respect that.
