We are looking for another young professional to fill a room in a 3-bed house in Bedminster from October 12th. The rent is 675 GBP and the bills are approximately 115 GBP (includes water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, council tax) coming to a total of approximately £790 per person per month. The room available is a reasonably sized double room on the first floor and was originally unfurnished but the outgoing tenant would be happy to sell the current furniture as a package. This includes bed frame, mattress, bedside draws and coffee table.

The house is close to North Street (10-minute walk) where there are loads of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops. It’s also around a 30-minute walk into town or a 10-minute bus ride.

The house has excellent transport links with parson st station and bus stops operating the 74, 75, 76, M1 and A1 services all within a 5-minute walk.

The house has one bathroom, living room, kitchen and a small outside patio area at the rear of the property. The property also benefits from free on street parking.

About Us

Ollie and myself are 22 and 23 and are looking for someone of a similar age to move in. Ollie currently works in hospitality, mainly at weekends. In his spare time Ollie enjoys hiking and camping. During the week I am typically in the office but enjoy playing sports in my free time. We’re both pretty easy-going and do our own thing, but we’re also sociable, and enjoy socialising in the house or heading to the pub. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, tidy and easy-going, and who would be happy living in a relaxed house-share.
