Double Room in Bedminster - Short Term Let, £800

I have a double room available in my two-bedroom home in Bedminster, Bristol, for a short-term stay of 1–3 months.

The house is spacious, with plenty of room for two people to live comfortably without feeling on top of each other. It’s in a great location, around five minutes’ walk from North Street and within walking distance of Bristol city centre.

Rent is £800 per month, including bills. The room is fully furnished and there’s a good-sized living room/kitchen/garden.

I’m a live-in landlord and have recently returned to Bristol after around two and a half years of travelling. I’m pretty easygoing and looking for someone with a similar temperament who wants a relaxed, friendly and comfortable place to live.

I’m into hiking, cooking, nature and fitness, and enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. I’m sociable and happy to have a laugh and a chat. Also value my own space and will respect yours too! I like early nights, so the house is calm rather than a late-night/party household.

Ideally I’m looking for someone clean, considerate and easy to live with who will treat the house as their home while they’re here.

The room would suit someone who needs a temporary Bristol base- for example, someone relocating, working in Bristol for a few months, between homes or just looking for somewhere short-term.
