Hello! We are Elliott, Stefan and Lucy, a house share of three looking for a fourth to come join us. We’re all easy-going and get on really well with each other. We each have our own lives, but do like to socialise in the evenings and cook for each other from time to time.
We are aged between 20 and 30 and would love to welcome someone of a similar age. Generally speaking we’re into music, film, travel, books…
The room is bright and airy, and comes fully furnished, although our landlord is flexible with moving things in and out as you wish. Rent includes water, council tax and internet. Gas and electricity probably average out at around £40-£80 month.
We have a decent-sized living/dining area, kitchen and two bathrooms. There is also a secure outhouse that can be used to store bikes, plus a lawned back garden which is great for the summer.
The house is located just off North St in Bedminster, with lots of parks, bars, restaurants and shops (plus the Tobacco Factory) on our doorstep. It’s a 20-minute walk to town, or 10mins on a bike. We’re also conveniently located close to Ashton Court and the cycle/foot path that follows the river to Leigh Woods and beyond. The airport shuttle bus stops at the far end of our street and connects to the airport in under 15 mins.
