Large room to rent, in a mature family home.

We have a good sized room available in our house. It is available from 8th Oct 25.

We are a friendly mature household, consisting of the landlords, our lovely lodger, and our very spoilt Lurcher, 'Ruby' Dog.

We are vegan and so looking for another to share our home with.

The room is sparingly furnished, has wall shelf storage, a built in hanging rail and small size double bed. There is a bathroom next to the room which is shared with only one other in the house.

There is free on-street parking.
We are 10 minutes walk from Temple Meads station and 20 minutes walk from the city center, this is a great location for working in the city center.
All bills included.

We are looking for someone who will fit into our quiet household. We are keen to meet creative people. Someone who is interested in vegan food, the arts, and environmental issues.

We are a pretty easy-going household and don't really have any rules for the house, other than cleaning up after yourself and not cooking or making noise after midnight.
We try to live with environmental principals. And it is important to us that we share our home with like minded people.

There is open access to the communal living areas;
a large well-equipped kitchen (we don't have a dishwasher!)
Utility room with Washing Machine (we don't have a tumble dryer, but an old fashioned drying rack, and outdoor washing line which work really well).
Large sitting room with a TV (we don't really use it, as we all have our own laptops and tend to disappear in an evening to our own rooms).
This is not a party house, quiet and calm is how we like to live.
There is a well-kept garden, lovely for sitting out, and bifold doors onto decking from the kitchen.
