Four storey townhouse located in Windmill Hill, 5 minutes walk to Bedminster, 5 minutes walk to Bedminster train station and 20 minutes walk into Bristol City Centre. 2 minutes walk to a bus stop - number 90 that goes into the centre via Bedminster, Redcliffe and Welsh Back stopping at the Waterfront and many other central locations.

Room 1 : The room has two windows, a double bed two wardrobes two chest of drawers desk and a on suit bathroom with shower and toilet.

More furniture is available that is stored in the house.

The housemates generally keep themselves to themselves the girls socialise occasionally. We have a lounge but it is rarely used as we tend to stay in our own space we’ve done a little do up of the space so current picture doesn’t reflect the space. There are two fridge freezers so plenty of shelf space. There is also a spare room we use for storage. There is a small terrace/patio area at the back of the house which is only really used in the summer.
3 current housemates - : 2 friendly girls, 1 guy looking for 1 sociable quiet other females to move in and we are all professionals. No pets or children. About the current housemate
I am a 29 year old professional I like to keep myself to myself but am down to socialise occasionally I work 9-5 occasionally from home . The guy is a 35 part time musician and works full time normal 9-5 also from home currently so will hear the odd bass or guitar but he is fairly respectable in terms of when he plays and gives heads up. If your someone who is adverse to louder music on occasions the room may not be for you as room 1 is directly above.

Something to note about the house, we do have the odd creaky floorboards in rooms so creaking is normal, we have gotten used it it but understand that these noises aren’t for everyone.

We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy when it comes to the communal spaces and is willing to chip in to keeping it so.
We are all laid back and usually are busy with our life's. We value our peace so if your looking for a party house this probably won't be for you.
