Room in Quiet Street Close to City Centre

This room is at the back of the house overlooking the garden. The house is in a cul-de-sac in this quiet quiet and desirable area.

The room is furnished with a double bed, built-in cupboard, wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom, kitchen and dining rooms are shared but the front room is my space (which you could use when I am away).

The room has recently been redecorated and has a brand new carpet. The bed has a brand new, super comfy mattress.

I am a retired nurse and now work in social care locally. I am away for a few days every month visiting family in Oxford and generally stay around the corner with my boyfriend most weekends.

I have two lovely cats so it is important that you like animals as they are very friendly.

This room is available for an initial period of six months, then we'll see how we get along before any extension.

Local amenities on North Street are a minute away, as are bus services to the centre of town, train station and airport.
