We’re Scott & Fabiana, a couple in our 30s, and we’re looking for a new lodger to join our recently refurbished three-bed home.

The house has a bright, open-plan kitchen and living room where we often relax in the evenings, plus a second lounge for extra space. There’s a large bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a bath, a handy downstairs toilet, and a utility room with an American-style fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and plenty of storage.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need – including a Rangemaster cooker, dishwasher, microwave, and all the essentials for cooking.

Outside, we’ve got a big garden that we love spending time in. We’ve been growing our own veg and flowers, and there’s also a secure shed for bike storage. Perfect for summer BBQs!

We like to keep the house relaxed and homely. We enjoy cooking, sharing a glass of wine, playing board games, or watching a film. We love hosting the occasional dinner party with friends. That said, it’s not a party house, just a warm social environment.

We’re looking for someone respectful, tidy, and easy-going, ideally a working professional who’s social but also independent, and who doesn’t work from home offten. No strict cleaning rotas, just everyone chipping in to keep things nice.

The available room is a comfortable double overlooking the garden, fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and desk, and good storage space. It will be ready for move-in from 1st November.
