Double room in lovely flat with very friendly cat!

Hi there, my spare room is available again after nearly 4 years of having an amazing flatmate so, no pressure! They are buying their own place so I don't have a definite availability date yet. I'm pretty sure it will be by the end of October though. I had somebody lined up who has just puked out so I need someone asap. 6 month contract, then a rolling monthly deal if it's working out. I have a job in London until March so will be away Monday to Friday. I really need someone who spends quite a lot of time at home because my cat is more dog than cat. He is very needy and loves having someone around to cuddle. I'm looking for someone chilled and friendly who obviously loves cats. The room is a bargain because of the cat responsibility and you will have the whole flat and the driveway(!) to yourself a lot of the time. Please get in touch if you'd like to pop round and see the room and have a chat. I can currently only do viewings on Saturday 17th October! so ideally we'd chat on here a bit first and I'd short list for next weekend. Please message with as much information about yourself as possible! Thank you, Jo
