More about THE FLAT:

It's a three-bedroom maisonette, with a shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom. The kitchen is fully kitted out with cookware and appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, air fryer etc. There's a dehumidifier for drying washing quickly in the winter.

The living room has a giant beanbag, a TV, floor space to stretch out, and a sofa which occasional guests are welcome to sleep over on.

There's one shared bathroom, the shower has good water pressure, and we've never had to fight for access thanks to staggered start times in the mornings.

I own the flat and share a room with my partner. Our female housemate has the second room. We all work standard 9-5 hours and often have activities in the evenings, but we like to catch up through the week when we're sharing space. We each sometimes have friends over and intentionally get together once a month for a house meal / games night.
