Double room, bs7, big garden ☀️

my housemates are v social and chill, we want someone who can get along with everyone. the garden is pretty lush and gets sun most of the day, right by horfield common, and Gloucester Road, everyone keeps the place clean. WiFi is good, we have a tv with all of the streaming platforms, sauna 2 mins away, big Tesco 5 mins away

We’re all ~30 years old and work 9-5 (wellness/tech). We pretty social people but it’s not a party house. We like a good movie and shared meal when we can. We’ve all been friends for quite a while but we’re not cliquey at all dw (honest), we just want someone chill and friendly

Our landlord has always been reasonable and he manages the garden for us.

We’ll do some viewing sessions in July, it would be great to meet you and see if we’re a good fit!
