We’re a pair of easygoing guys living in Bishopston. Our other housemate is sadly moving out so we’re looking for someone to take his place, ideally in a similar age range.

A bit about us; one of us works for a music software company and the other for a conservation charity. We’re into music, hiking, cycling and general outdoorsy stuff, but also fans of slow Sundays with a good cup of Joe, kicking back with a film or book, or sticking a record on while we cook.

We’re looking for someone laid-back and friendly who enjoys hanging out/socialising but also values their own space and isn’t a party animal. We both work from home 2-3 days a week and often use the desks in the front room for this. We keep things clean and respectful, and we’re after someone who values a homely space and is up for contributing to the good energy.

The flat itself is spacious and bright, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large open-plan living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony that catches the sun (ideal for your morning coffee!). It’s very well insulated which is great for keeping energy costs down, and we also have a cute fish tank with 6 little nano fish!

We’re situated near Gloucester road, and are also 5 mins walk from the St Andrews Park. Aldi and Lidl are both a 10 minute walk away and there are bus stops into town from literally across the road. There’s free parking just outside, and a secure bike lockup on site.

We’re also lucky enough to have a relaxed yet attentive private landlord, with no agency fees or hassle.

The room is £483pm, bills approx £130pm (gas, electric, water, internet & council tax). Council tax band B.
