Double room £490 BS7

Our lovely James is moving out to become a homeowner! We are looking for another (ideally male) housemate between ages 27 & 35 to take his large double room (pic to come).

The rent:
Bills are about £125 each a month
Rent is £497

The room:
Room is technically unfurnished but James will happily sell you his bed and mattress, or take them if you prefer.

Who we are looking for:
- Male
- 27-35 years old
We would like to keep the house as mixed gender as this has worked well previously.

Us:
You’ll be living with Elen (social care worker), Elise (charity fundraiser) and Natalia (charity copywriter).

We’re sociable and friendly people who like to hang out in the evenings, chat, eat and watch trash tv and films when we’re all in. We definitely don't want to feel like a house of strangers and if we feel we are becoming ships in the night we will try to find a date for a house meal to catch up! That said, we value our alone time and also have our own social lives & friends, and can often be away at weekends, so we’re looking for someone similarly balanced.

The house:
There is a living room, dining room, kitchen with white goods, shared bathroom and a small patio garden that gets decent sunlight. Plenty of free parking along the street too! We love living in this homely environment, and keep the place looking nice. we have a weekly cleaning/recycling rota for main areas and count on everyone being clean, respectful and chipping in when they see something around the house that needs doing for the rest.

Location:
The house is just off Gloucester Road so a perfect location for everything you need, loads of pubs, shops and green. There are also frequent buses to the city centre (can walk it in 30/cycle in 10) and to the train stations.

We are v sad to say goodbye to James, but luckily for you all the room will be available in April. If you’re interested drop us a message with a little bit about yourself :)
