Single Room to Rent in Bishopston, Bristol

We are looking for someone to take over the tenancy for an unfurnished single bedroom within our 4 person house-share in Bishopston. The house is a 2 minute walk from Gloucester Road, and has easy access to both Bristol City Centre and Filton/Bristol Parkway Station.

The house has 2 bathrooms, 1 shower, a living room with TV, a large kitchen and a good sized garden. All bills are independently sorted by us, and bills + council tax is approximately £120 per month. This is the only single room in the property, so we have agreed to scale the rent to reflect this. The room is unfurnished but there is a single bed frame and open wardrobe available from the previous tenant if required

The other 3 tenants are all young professionals in their mid-20s working in Bristol City Centre. We are all good friends and looking for a friendly housemate to take over the spare room. Currently 2 men and 1 woman, so we are preferably looking for another woman but are open to anyone who is a good fit for the house.
