Hey everyone! My current housemates are moving in with their girlfriends, so I’m looking for 2 new housemate to join my lovely home sometime from now by the 1st of November.
The Room: Pretty specious bottom floor medium room with extra under stair storage annex and a nice view on the garden. It comes unfurnished but we can see what the last housemate is happy to leave. He’s got a great comfy bed!
The House: You’ll have the only bedroom downstairs and there are 2 more bedrooms upstairs. A big communal kitchen with all the appliances, a cozy living room with tv and Amazon stick and lots of sunshine, a garden with a BBQ and a bike/tool shed and nice sitting area. We’d love someone who would contribute to looking after it!
No pets allowed but there is plenty of cats around that love our garden and are super friendly !

I’d love to find someone who wants a home, not just a place to sleep! I love hanging out when I’m free - watching movies, cooking for others and going for walks and pub trips. i love hosting summer barbecues and some gatherings - (however, would not describe this as a party house in the slightest :D). Looking for someone I can become friends with more than a person to pass in the doorway.
I also respect that we all need our alone time. I spend time in my room when I want to do painting, reading or going to the gym sometimes.
The money: rent £725 +bills (around £130)
