Move in date is 1st Feb 2027 but can be flexible to be earlier!

House is newly refurbished with kitchen, lounge / breakfast area (2 in 1 landlord special), and decent sized garden. There is on street parking and nearby parking on alternative streets too

There are two fridges in the house, single oven, single 4 space hob; two sinks, washing machine (no dryer) and plenty of cupboard room

We have many random doohickeys too like blenders, toastie machines, air fryers, and the almighty bread machine (praise the bread machine) to help urself to

The garden is hella outfitted with a greenhouse (my failed project this summer), a bbq (we have george the grill master in the house), hammock, and gazebo

Location is top tier with infinite pubs, charity shops, restaurants, and cafés. Nectar house (best cafe in gloucester road) is right opposite. Co op and sainsbury’s are a 5 minute walk away so easy grocery options

The house is currently 5 guys (i swear we’re clean) and 1 girl; you’ll be taking her spot

We’re a pretty social house and all friends, looking for a 6th in our 5 man polycule (not fr💀). We do lots of house activities together like come dine with me, catan nights, gigs, many a rave, house parties!!, movie nights etc.
