Cosy Double room in Bishopston

Double room in Bishopston with 3 other housemates: Molly (30), Harry(29) and Megan(24). We're looking for a male (ideally to keep the balance but open to the right person) to replace Sam who is sadly leaving. We'd like somebody friendly, clean and chill to join us who is around our own age (late 20's ideally)!

Molly is a project manager, Harry works in haulage logistics and Megan works in at a school. Harry enjoys watching football and painting, Molly likes sewing and photography, and Megan likes painting and watching youtube concerts, we all enjoy going for pints on the weekend with mates and often together!

Room has a double bed, and is a good size, it''s on the first floor. It faces the road.

We're a pretty social house, and quite often eat/ chill out / watch films together, but also spend time in our rooms or doing our own thing outside the house so it isn't a deal breaker either way, as long as you'd be happy to have a chat we aren't too bothered. Most of us go out on the weekend, but chill during the week as we all have work.

We all try to be clean and tidy, and really want our new housemate to be so to! You would also be welcome to input any decorations to the house.

The house is really close to Gloucester road with easy buses into town.

There's a huge living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms. We have a kind of front garden patio area.

Rent is approximately £525 (pennies on the end I can't remember off the top of my head) and bills and council tax etc come to approximately £150 a month.
Deposit is £485 (need to double check this)

No smoking inside, but we have an undercover area out the front and we all smoke occasionally.
