Sunny room in a cosy flat

Hey!

We’re looking for someone to join us in our 3-person houseshare in Bishopston. Rent is £650/month + approx. £140 in bills (council tax, elec, gas, TV license, Wifi) and the room is available from the 1st of december. We’re ideally looking for another professional in their 20s (female preferred).

The room comes with:
- A double bed
- A large wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Desk and chair
- Lots of sunshine

The bathroom close to the room is shared only with one other person, as one of the other rooms has an en-suite.
The flat is right around the corner from Gloucester Road, a really well connected bus station, and two train stations (10 minutes to Ashley Down and 15 to Montpelier). On street parking is free and there’s always a spot! The landlord is easy to communicate with/on it with maintenance.

The current tenants are Sophie (23F) and Nat (23F). We’re both easygoing and like to get together in the evenings here and then to chat/watch a show (bonus if you like Strictly). We also keep the flat tidy and clean, and look after the spaces.

We’re looking for someone who is friendly and enjoys hanging out, but also values their own space, and a clean and homely flat. You’d have to first undergo referencing etc with the lettings agency before signing, but the agency has been great so far so this should be straightforward.
