Double Room Available (Bills Included)

Hey Everyone,

Have one room coming available start of next month.

Great location overlooking the city in a new build development. 10mins to the city centre by car or 30mins public transport.

There's currently 4 of us in the house, all guys. Myself Taz, Harrison, Will and Leigh. We've been sharing for the last 18 months. Leigh is moving to into his own flat, so looking for an easy going guy or girl to take his place.

Fairly social on weekends, but chill through the week. Interests include gym, basketball, hiking, festivals, raves, rugby, footy etc.

The room is a large fully furnished double (bed, desk, chest drawers, fitted wardrobe) and is £780 including bills. House is fully equipped with a brand new sofa, multiple TVs, dining table, garden furniture. There’s one main shared bathroom and a downstairs toilet. I have the en-suite so rarely use the other bathrooms if at all.

You’ll also be sharing with my hairless sphynx Cairo, who is very friendly and hypoallergenic if you’re worried.

Move in date is 1st of November. A deposit of one month's rent is required. Minimum tenancy term of 6 months. References are required, and lodger's contract will need to be signed on move in.
