The kitchen has all amenities, including two fridge freezers (between 4 people) and gadgets such as a Ninja Air Fryer. The utility room includes a new condenser dryer, washing machine and clothes steamer.

Price includes a weekly communal clean, all bills, broadband and council tax.

---The Room---

Large double bedroom (much larger than it appears in photos). Furnishings include a double ottoman bed (with plenty of storage space inside), large chest of drawers, wardrobe, blinds and curtains.

---The Housemates---

Chilled professionals (all male) looking for another professional to share with. I only ask that new housemates are clean, tidy, quiet during the late hours, and generally respectful of other housemates.
