Room has been fully renovated to include carpet, double glazing, freshly painted walls, modern heating, and modern electrics, including three double wall plugs, lighting and an aerial.

The property includes a modern kitchen, dining room and a bathroom. There is also a utility room that consists of a condenser tumble dryer, a washing machine and clothes steamer.

Two fridge freezers available between 4 people.

---The Area---

There are several buses close by that will take you to the City Centre, Bedminster and Bristol Airport.

Aldi and Morrisons are approximately 10/15 minutes walk away, while Asda is about a 10 minute drive.

South Bristol Hospital is a 10 minute walk away for anyone working there.

There is also a gym, B&M Home Bargains, Boots, Costa, Argos and M&S a 15 minute walk away, based in the Imperial Retail Park.
