Large furnished room in quiet home, set back from road and quiet area/neighbours, walking distance to bus routes into town, 15mins drive (non rush hour) Parkway Station & easy access to J17 M5 and close to Westbury on Trym village, cafe's etc,

Sharing with myself - a quiet happy home, looking for a independent, relaxed lodger who is out and about with work. I work for myself, so sometimes from home, out and about in the day with work, or away with work up to 10 days a month. Have a lovely garden, shed with secure bike storage, on road parking is free and available. We have WiFi, washing machine (no tumble dryer/microwave) included in bills.

Bathroom is shared with myself, I often train at gym so can shower there and be flexi with lodger if you have set times. Same with kitchen/living room and cooking.

Minimum 1-3 month, also suits 4-5 nights for contractors, had various lodgers female and male often for 3-4 months from other countries before buying their own place, contracts/research/TV media/PhD, and people looking for a place to call home - lodgers have been all ages, most important is the best fit

No smoking or vaping, clean and tidy, while relaxed,
