It’s in a super convenient spot with easy access to Southmead Hospital, Cribbs Causeway, Westbury-on-Trym, Filton, and Avonmouth. Parking is available right at the property. Super local—there's an off-licence, post office, and a great fish & chip shop just a couple of minutes’ walk down the road.

The rest of the flat is fully equipped with everything you’d need, including a washing machine, air fryer, pressure cooker, microwave, toaster, and coffee machine.

I’m easy-going, clean, and take pride in keeping a warm, comfortable home. I love a good chat and a relaxed vibe around the place, but I also really value and respect personal space. I’m looking for a working professional who is tidy, responsible, and like-minded to share the space.
