** THE ROOM **
This is a beautifully presented room, fully furnished to be as comfortable as possible: wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table with a lamp, with blackout blinds and a double bed (deluxe mattress) for a great night's sleep. Lots of lighting to give you options, and plenty of storage to make sure you’ve got space to relax!

When you’d like to work from home, or if you need space for hobbies, we've made this easy for you too. There’s a desk in the communal area if you'd like a change of scene!

** THE PROPERTY **
Lovely modern three storey, 5-bed house located on a quiet road in Brislington. Designed for professional sharers, the house is both high tech and high spec. 5 bedrooms, a communal kitchen diner, a nice garden, 2 bathrooms and an extra toilet room downstairs. Underfloor heating throughout the house, and a utility room downstairs. Each room has been thoughtfully furnished to ensure that co-living is an enjoyable experience for all the housemates. The kitchen is great for fun evenings in and has everything you could need: a dishwasher, microwave, oven and hob, two fridge freezers, ample storage for all the housemates (2 cupboards each), and remote controlled mood lighting. The garden is perfect for BBQs in summer, and we’ve installed a gate at the back of the garden to provide easier access to the bike storage.

Connected to the kitchen is seating and a 55" Smart HD TV, for which the TV licence is included. There’s plenty of space to enjoy a cuppa or glass of wine with housemates after work, and film nights are always on the menu!

📄 Please note there is a £500 deposit and one month rent in advance of moving in. there are no “setup” fees. There is a £150 reservation fee, which is then deducted from the first month’s rent.
