Great location, being three bus stops from Temple Meads station or a 20 minute walk/short cycle ride along a mainly dedicated cycle path. The bus stops are very close by and the buses run frequently. There is a large supermarket, nice local shops and a park all within a short walking distance.

The house has high ceilings, which adds to the feeling of space, some Victorian features and is cosy and homely. The house is suitable for a person who wants a very clean and tidy home.

The bedroom is first floor, it is spacious recently carpeted and decorated and nicely furnished. The three quarter bed (for single occupation) has luxury bedding, including duvet, pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets provided.

Lounge/dining room- recently decorated, carpeted and comfortably furnished with a two seater sofa, two recliner chairs a dining table which can seat 4 people and a smart TV.

Kitchen – a good size kitchen which offers plenty of worktop space and a small breakfast bar. Cookware, tableware and utensils are provided. Cleanliness of the kitchen is a priority for sharers.

There is a separate laundry area with sink, dishwasher and washing machine. There is an externally lock located tumble dryer for winter use.

Bathrooms – there are two bathrooms on the first floor, one with a shower, basin and w. c, and the other with a double ended bath, separate shower cubicle, basin and w. c.. The room currently advertised has use of the first shower room but you can make use of the main bathroom if you want to bath rather than shower. Hygienic use of the shower room is also a priority.

Outside – there is a small patio area with raised beds, table and seating for outside relaxation and barbecues.
There is a rotary washing line. External, rear, secure access and bike rack storage will facilitate anyone who is a cyclist.

There is parking to the front and the side of the property and there is a secure wall mounted strong motorbike lock with ramp access in the front garden.

Other facilities – cleaning of the recently carpeted and decorated communal areas, as well as the kitchen, bathrooms and w. c is provided.
