We are looking for a professional or graduate student for our loft bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

The room is furnished with hanging rail, 4 chests of drawers, aldesk and king size bed.

We are 5 minutes walk from Sandy Park Road which has local shops, post office and bakery. We are also less than 10 minutes walk to several retail parks including Avonmeads Retail Park which has a bowling alley, cinema, gym and shops including M&S Food, Boots and Lidl. You are also walking distance to Go Outdoors, Dunelm and several supermarkets.

We are right next to Paintworks which is a lovely development with a bar, event space and exhibition space at the Royal Photographic Society. We have on our doorstep, Arnos Vale Park and heritage cemetery garden Arnos Vale Cemetery which are lovely places for walks.

Fairly central, we are on main bus routes to Bristol City Centre ( 15 mins bus ride) and also towards Bath (40 mins) and Keynsham (25 mins). Bristol Temple Meads is 1.5 miles away easy to get to by bus, bike or walking and the M32 is accessible by car.

You will share our spacious kitchen/diner, a large lounge, a southwest facing garden with table tennis table and shed for bike storage. There is off-street parking if required / available, although there is also plenty of on street parking nearby. We are a family with 2 teenagers aged 19 and 17, so a mostly adult household with two friendly cats.

My husband works from a home office so we have fast internet with at least 150 mbps download and 40 mbps upload.

£800 per calender month inclusive of bills, with one month deposit. We would consider short lets or Monday-to-Friday lets so please talk to us about it.

The room is available from 19/2/2024 but we are flexible as there is another large spare room which you could use temporarily until it becomes available.

We both work at universities so this let would suit an international post-graduate student, visiting academic or professional looking for a comfortable family home.
