Two rooms to rent in South Bristol

Hello, thank for looking at my ad! I have two rooms to rent in Brislington. A few minutes walk from the local shops and bus stop, bus to town is about 20 minutes. All bills are included, I’m happy to talk about different lengths of stay. I’ve been living here for 6 months, most of the house is newly decorated. There’s three double bedrooms, a huge lounge diner, a large kitchen and one downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Also a large garden with patio and lawn for when the weather gets a bit nicer again! There’s super fast broadband that reaches all rooms. Excuse my photos, I’m no photographer! The garden looks really bare because it’s only recently been done. There’s free on street parking and also a double drive. You would be sharing the house with me, I’m 33 year old man from Bristol, I work a lot, I’ll be out of the house between 6am - 5pm most days, I also work away a bit, you’ll also be sharing with Winnie, my adorable 7 month old miniature cockapoo. She’s house trained and loves attention! Ideally looking for people that I will get along with, but also that will enjoy living with Winnie.
