Two rooms to rent in South Bristol

Hello, thank for looking at my ad! I have a room to rent in Brislington. I am the live in landlord but I don’t want it to feel like that, I would like someone that wants to make it their home. House is few minutes walk from the local shops and bus stop, bus to town is about 20 minutes. All bills are included, I’m happy to talk about different lengths of stay. I’ve been living here for 9 months, most of the house is newly decorated. There’s three double bedrooms, a huge lounge diner with a new 85’ TV, a large kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. A downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Also a large garden with patio and lawn for when the weather gets a bit nicer again! There’s super fast broadband that reaches all rooms. Excuse my photos, I’m no photographer! The garden looks really bare because it’s only recently been done. There’s free on street parking and also a double drive.

You would be sharing the house with me, I’m 33 year old man from Bristol, I work a lot, I’ll be out of the house between 6am - 5pm most days, I also work away a bit.

Joao - 26 year old Portuguese guy, moved in a month ago, really nice chilled guy that is out of the house most of the time, working or socialising.

You’ll also be sharing with Winnie, my adorable 9 month old miniature cockapoo. She’s house trained and loves attention!

Ideally looking for someone social that doesn’t mind having a drink together sometimes but also has their own stuff going on. Also dog friendly is a must, it’s hard not to love Winnie. If you’d like a chat feel free to drop me a message.
