Room to rent in Brislington

Hello, thank for looking at my ad! I have a room to rent in Brislington. I am the live in landlord but I don’t want it to feel like that, I would like someone that wants to make it their home. House is few minutes walk from the local shops and bus stop, bus to town is about 20 minutes. All bills are included, I’m happy to talk about different lengths of stay. I’ve been living here for a year and a half, most of the house is newly decorated. There’s three double bedrooms, a huge lounge diner with a new 85’ TV, a large kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier and dishwasher. A downstairs bathroom with shower and bath. Also a large garden with patio and lawn for when the weather gets a bit nicer again! There’s super fast broadband that reaches all rooms and smart thermostat so the house is never freezing cold in the winter. Excuse my photos, I’m no photographer! The garden looks really bare because it’s only recently been done. There’s free on street parking and also a double drive.

You’ll be sharing with Winnie, my adorable miniature cockapoo and Willow the Scottish Fold cat. They are both house trained and love attention!

Ideally looking for someone social that doesn’t mind having a drink together sometimes but also has their own stuff going on. Animal friendly is a must, it’s hard not to love Winnie and Willow. If you’d like a chat feel free to drop me a message.
