Thanks for taking a look! I’ve got a cosy double room available in my Brislington home and I’m looking for someone who wants more than just a place to sleep — somewhere that actually feels like home.

I’m a live-in landlord, but very much on the relaxed side. I’ve lived here for two years and the house has recently been redecorated throughout, so it’s fresh, comfortable, and well looked after.

You’ll also be sharing the house with two very important residents:
• Winnie, a miniature Cockapoo who’s friendly, affectionate, and full of character 🐶
• Willow, a gorgeous Scottish Fold house cat who’s calm, sweet, and loves a good nap 🐱

So this home would suit someone who genuinely likes animals.

The house has:
• Three double bedrooms
• A huge lounge/diner with an 85” TV (perfect for movie nights 🍿)
• A large, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, tumble dryer, large American fridge-freezer with water and ice dispenser and dishwasher
• A downstairs bathroom with a shower and a bath
• Super-fast broadband that reaches every room
• Smart thermostat, so the house is always warm and cosy in winter

Outside, there’s a generous garden with patio and lawn — it’s newly done, so it looks a bit bare in the photos, but it’ll be great once the weather perks up again 🌱☀️

Location-wise, it’s ideal: just a few minutes’ walk to local shops and bus stops, with buses into town taking around 20 minutes. There’s free on-street parking, plus a double driveway.
