Short term rental available in Brislington

Hi my name is Ali (live-in-landlord). I am seeking a lovely person to live in my lovely garden flatlet complete with ensuite shower-room.

It is next to the house and so you will have your own space, with shared kitchen space for cooking and chilling out.

I am keen to find a Monday to Friday let or less if possible and someone who doesn't work from home. female preferred.
I am a sociable person who enjoys travel, playing tennis and I live here with my 18 year old son who attends the local college.

The accommodation is bright with ensuite a double bed, wardrobe, TV, fridge, desk and chair and with patio doors opening up into spacious garden.

Location is two minutes walk to Sandy Park Road where there is a deli, green grocers, post office, cafes, a pub and direct bus stops into town, temple meads station and another bus stop taking you into Bath.
Non smokers/vapers please.
