Two rooms to rent in Broomhill, Bristol

We are two housemates searching for a third and fourth housemate for a house share in Broomhill Rd, Brislington.
Two lovely double rooms, one on the ground floor, one 1st floor. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom. Nice garden space with BBQ.

We keep the house clean and tidy and follow a shared and equal weekly cleaning rota, so we'd be happy to accept a friendly and neat flatmate to live with, who would be willing to do their share for the upkeep of the house and follow the rules.
There's a Coop and a convenient store down the road. The area is well connected to the centre via the line 1 bus, which stops almost every half an hour.

Rooms are rented as unfurnished, although as you can see the room in the 1st image comes partly furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and a cupboard. Room 2 is also similarly furnished.

Bill will come to approx £110 per month, so you'd be looking at £660 rent altogether.
Unfortunately, people on Universal Credit won't be accepted as possible options.
