all we ask is the person clean after themselves and respect others in the home... other than this its a great accommodation and area.

Smoking is allowed outside in the back garden.
Everyone does their own thing but respects each others spaces and is very mindful of each other
15mins by bus to the centre of Bristol, local shops near by
