I also have a separate ensuite room which I sometimes rent for a week or longer. It isn't advertised here because SpareRoom doesn't allow two free adverts from the same person, but please ask privately if you're interested.

About the room

The room is available from the date shown above, and short-term stays of a few weeks are absolutely fine.

I can also consider a Monday–Friday let, so please mention if this is what you're looking for.

I'm looking for a clean, responsible, friendly and respectful lodger who will look after the apartment and communal areas.

I work from home full-time as a Reporting Manager, so the room is best suited to someone who doesn't work from home, or only works from home occasionally. The room itself is private and independent, and you'll have your own space to relax.

I recently bought the flat, so I'm looking for someone who is mindful of the property, furniture and shared spaces.

Deposit, references and passport/ID will be required after an in-person viewing.

Location

The apartment is in the heart of Bristol, less than a 10-minute walk from Temple Meads station.

There are plenty of amenities and attractions nearby, including:

Harbourside
Cabot Circus
Park Street
Wapping Wharf Food Quarter
Bristol Old Vic
Bristol Hippodrome
Shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets

Bike storage is also available.

I travel during spring and summer and am away many weekends, so there will be periods when you have the apartment largely to yourself.
