Bright double room to rent

Furnished double room with shared bathroom in excellent location near to UWE, MoD and excellent transport links to city centre.
Im looking for someone to live with my current housemate, and I (home owner) stay in the property once every few months.
I'm looking for a housemate who is responsible, clean and tidy and doesn't mind dogs- Roxie comes to stay occasionally!

Upstairs bathroom with bath and shower and separate downstairs cloak room.

Large dining/living area which is also my WFH space / sleeping area on the rare occasions im home. Kitchen has washing machine, gas hob and fridge/freezer. Garden with washing line and sofa

All bills included (gas, electric, water rates, council tax, TV license) 1 month’s rent in advance and a deposit required.
It’s a fairly quiet household - happy for dinners or quiet drinks but not a party house! Would be suitable for postgraduate student or professional.
