Single room in St Werburghs

Hello,

I'm looking for someone who needs a single room over the summer months in the house I own in St Werburghs. I live here with my 6 year old child.

It is a homely house and a sanctuary, and we like to chat, play and be respectful.

There are 3 rooms - and the one I am renting out is a single room for one person. I am looking for someone who needs a short term place over the summer - flexible with dates - perhaps a student coming to learn a language, or a professional. Im not looking for someone who works from home - as over the summer we will be around the house more - though we do have some plans for going away.

I have had lodgers in the past.
