Single room in St Werburghs

Hello,

Our lodger is moving out this week, as her job contract has finished, so we are now looking for a someone to move in to our spare room on a short term basis.

I own the house in St Werburghs & I live here with my 7 year old. It is a homely home.

There are 3 rooms - and the one I am renting out is a single room for one person (no couples or overnight guests I'm afraid). The window overlooks the small garden, with a cherry tree outside. It’s a quiet room with no noise at night..

We're looking for someone who needs a room short term (though flexible)..
Perhaps someone who needs something whilst looking for a perm room or house, or someone working away from home during the week etc. mon-fri etc

Looking for someone who friendly..

* Its important to meet the person first before moving in *

(Not looking for someone who works from home..)

It would be £500 pcm inclusive & £250 deposit..
