Single room in St Werburghs

I'm looking for someone who is looking for a cosy single room for a short term let.

I own the house in St Werburghs & I live here with my 7 year old. It is our home and our sanctuary, and we like to chat, play and be respectful.

There are 3 rooms - and the one I am renting out is a single room for one person (no couples or overnight guests I'm afraid). The window overlooks the small garden, with a cherry tree outside. It’s a quiet room with no noise at night..

We're looking for someone who needs a room maybe short term, perhaps while looking for a longer term set up elsewhere, or someone working away from home during the week etc.. I like to say 2 months to start with & then 3 month is fine if it works both ways. We are flexible with duration - but just not looking for someone who definitely needs 6-12 months at this point.. The last 2 lodgers were in placement roles on their uni course..

Looking for someone who friendly..

(Not looking for someone who works from home..)

It would be £500 pcm inclusive & £250 deposit..
