Double Room Available in St. Agnes,

I am looking for a female roomate who is considerate, respectful, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable home. As I keep the flat clean, tidy, and organised, I would love to share the space with someone who values a similar standard of living.
Cleanliness is particularly important to me, both in shared areas and private rooms. I would appreciate someone who tidies up after themselves, washes up promptly after cooking and eating, and helps keep communal spaces pleasant for everyone. To maintain a fresh living environment, I would prefer that food is not stored in bedrooms for extended periods.
I am seeking a non-smoker and would prefer that alcohol is not consumed in the flat. Due to personal and dietary preferences, I would also feel most comfortable living with someone who does not cook or eat pork in the home.
My work schedule requires me to be up early, so there may occasionally be normal household activity during the morning. I am always mindful of noise and do my best to be considerate. Equally, I am happy to live with someone who studies or works later in the evening, provided we both respect each other’s need for peace and quiet.
Mutual respect for privacy, personal space, and belongings is very important to me. I value open communication and appreciate someone who is comfortable asking permission before borrowing or using anything that belongs to someone else.
Above all, I am hoping to find someone kind, thoughtful, and easy to live with. I believe a happy home is built on consideration, respect, and good communication, and I strive to bring those qualities into my own interactions.
