Double room with private bathroom for Sun/Mon-Fri

- Date Available: Early April 2026 (can be flexible)
- Location: Bristol - Staple Hill/Downend (close to M32, Emersons Green and Frenchay).
- Cost: £600.00/month inc all bills for Monday (or Sunday) night to Friday Morning.
- Please note that this is a weekday only room for working professionals. It is not suitable for students, couples or full time lodgers.
- Deposit (£200) with no application fee (deposit refundable at end of contract).
- Prefer a 3+ month lodger but will be flexible (rolling monthly contract), happy with longer term lodgers. Can come to arrangements for short term let's.
- Full furnished double bedroom with bed, storage, desk & TV. Your items can be safely left in the room over the weekend.
- Private bathroom with shower
- Access to kitchen & utility area with washer/dryer.
- Good WiFi coverage internet provided for evening (not suitable to WFH in daytime due to DIY noise).
- Great safe parking spaces outside (free, no permits).
- Excellent bus routes to city centre
- We are a family of an IT professional (39 F) & two DIY project enthusiasts retirees (60's M & F).

We are currently revamping the house so communal areas are being updated, however your room & private bathroom are all completed and based on the ground floor (we are mostly based upstairs).

We are looking for a friendly male or female full time professional lodger to share our home.

It would preferably suit a working professional visiting Bristol a few nights a week and looking for somewhere quiet and friendly.

Staple Hill is a lovely area with a lively high street, Page Park is right outside the door and there are good bus links to Bristol and a short walk to bus links for Bristol Parkway Train Station or Bath.


We also have an upstairs single bedroom with shared bathroom which can be available for 1 or 2 nights a week.
