Double room (bills inc) - Harbourside flat

I am looking for a flatmate, ideally someone who wants a shorter term stay.

I am a tidy, clean, considerate and friendly person, and would like to live with someone similar.

All bills included:
Electric
Water
Council tax

And also:
Netflix/Disney/Amazon Prime
TV licence
Internet

The flat also has a dishwasher and washer/dryer.

I have an en-suite so most of the time you will have the main bathroom to yourself, apart from when people come over.

I work from home a couple of days a week, and do that in the kitchen/living room. So would be looking for someone who is not also working from home, or someone who doesn’t mind working in their room on those days.

I also love sleep so if you are a night owl we won’t be a good fit.

I would definitely like to get to know someone and meet them a couple of times before making any decision.
