Large room for couples and professionals

Hi there. I have a double fully furnished bedroom in Fishponds (BS16 3QZ) available now to share in a nice and friendly house with another 2 friendly professionals (age from 30 to 40): one musician/engineer, another working in the MOD and sometimes myself making Natural History films (I am often travelling and hardly in the house so most part of the time will be two people at the house plus you)

The room is for non-smoker couple. Interested in living in a nice, clean and tidy environment. The house has several amenities (smart TV/internet/etc) and it is in a very quiet street. Ideal for people with a car as it's a bit far from the city center.

The rent is £920/month for a couple or a single person willing to have space in a nice shared house and £1,000 deposit is required. The rent include bills and shared household items.
