Hey there! I'm looking for a lodger to share my lovely little house with!
The property is a newly renovated Victorian terrace house in BS5, near Dundridge Park and near Troopers Hill. Conham River Park is also short walk away which is one of my favourite spots in Bristol. It's a great location if you like being outdoors, and it's an easy 10–15 minute cycle down to Temple Meads via the river path. Church Road and Hanham High Street are both quite close by too. There is a log burner in the house so its nice and cozy in the winter months.
The spare bedroom is a really good size and there is plenty of room for storage etc. The room is ready to move into and comes fully furnished (ill be adding a chest of drawers which you cant see in the photos). I'm more than happy to provide the room as part furnished if this is better.
I’m looking for a housemate who is respectful and generally friendly to be around. Im quite busy with my job in the week, but I'm always up for a catch-up over a coffee, sharing a meal, or relaxing after work. If you're looking for a relaxed, friendly spot to call home, I’d love to hear from you.
Ideally, im looking for a short term lodger for now. But I am open to longer term to!
