My name is Max (30 Male), and I am looking for a new housemate to join our house in the Easton / Greenbank area of Bristol. The room that is available is the largest bedroom in the house with lots of space and sunlight. The house is situated on a quiet road just off the Bristol/Bath cycle path, and a couple of minutes walk from Greenbank Cemetery. Church Road is a 10 minute walk away which has multiple supermarkets, pubs, and cafes with St. George’s park at the end. The house has a shared kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathroom with a small garden out the back.
We are looking for the prospective housemate to move in and sign the tenancy contract on October 30th at the latest with the possibility to move in earlier if needed. The rent for the room is £854.40 p/m including bills to be paid on the 1st of each month.
In addition a deposit of £845 will be required on the move in date.
