Hello!
We have 2 must-see lovely large Double rooms available!

Room 1 (Available from the 1st February) is complete with a new double bed and mattress, bedside drawer, wardrobe, shelves and a small desk. This room comes with a private bathroom.
- COUPLES - Room 1 (Private Bathroom) would be the only suitable room for couples and the price is £945pcm

Room 2 (Available 1st March) Has a double bed and mattress, bedside table, desk and massive built in wardrobes with shelves, storage space, hanging space and a full length mirror.

Living in the house is Dan and Luke - Here s a little bit about them :-)

Dan, 33, is a high-performance athlete trainer currently working with Cardiff F. C men's 1st team. Dan enjoys football, playing and watching!
Luke is 30 and works as a Chef for a hospitality company.
They also enjoy popping to the local pub for a few drinks or having a good old cup of coffee/glass of wine and chinwag on the veranda.

This is a very easy-going house and would like to find someone who is friendly, respectful, clean & tidy and is happy to pitch in with housework to continue to make their house a home. It's vital that you chip in with your fair share of house duties and cleaning, lazy people need not apply!

Here's a little about the house:

There's fast wireless fiber-optic broadband.

Gas central heating throughout on a Thermostat.
The house has all double-glazed doors and windows.

As it's a new-ish build (2013) the house has solar panels and is well insulated - cozy all year round!

The open plan kitchen/lounge/diner is the heart of the home and complete with:
Dishwasher, Microwave, American style fridge-freezer with Ice and water dispenser, a large electric fan oven and 5x gas hob and all the kitchen furnishings and utensils you need.

There's a table and chairs and a corner sofa too. We also have a washing machine!
The kitchen is south facing and lets in loads of natural light.
Just off the kitchen is the large, water tight veranda, in the summer the house loves to chill out and have dinner out there.

Storage is not a problem with the secure basement for storing bikes and excess stuff. There's loads of room!

There are no parking permits! Parking is free on the street and around the local area.

The City Centre, Temple Meads, Filton, Gloucester Road (1 mile away) and many other parts of Bristol are easily accessible with bus stops conveniently right outside the house. Plus, in the next ‘burbs of Montpellier & St. Werburghs there's an amazing organic food supermarket and newsagents, post office, and several fun pubs. Also, just over the road is a number of fields and woods, a lake and a park which makes for really nice walks and bike rides/runs.
The house is just off the Muller Road and near the M32, it's close to Cabot Circus shopping center (25min walk or so depending on how long your legs are!) & Eastgate Retail Park, which has:
Tesco superstore (plus petrol)
IKEA, Boots, Halfords, PureGym, Pets at Home, Burger King, M&S and more....

Jade (myself, 36) and Chris (40) are a couple and the owners of the house. We live next door and are always on hand if ever a problem arises :-)
We also own another house next door where 3 boys and 1 girl live so we regularly organise house meals, film or game nights and BBQ's in the summer for all three houses. We have also created a shared garden space for the three houses to hang out in.

We have found that if you have lived at Dormer you are a friend for life and often have past tenants revisiting frequently to see everyone
