Come live with us! Clifton area top floor flat :)

Hi hey helloooo new housemate :)

We're Jemma, Hugh and Isaac! We've got one room available in our super chill flat, and would love to find someone cool to come join us. It's a good sized place on the top floor, with great views of the city.

We're looking for a female professional age 23 to 30ish who is down-to-earth, open-minded and generally a good egg. You can be someone social, who enjoys a house trip to the pub, an occasional dinner night in or someone who is happy to be left to breathe in your own space!

Whilst we are on such a lovely street in Clifton, the views come with 6 flights of stairs so you will need to be prepared for that! The room is pretty much unfurnished except a bed and mattress and there is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It’s a bit of an odd, old flat but we manage to keep the place clean, tidy and welcoming. The rent is £500 pcm which includes all bills, internet and council tax. Parking is available but requires a permit with Bristol City Council that varies in price depending on your road tax and will also be the 3rd permit of the flat (so might be expensive). We have a private Landlord who is a laid back but reliable guy. He'll come fix a leak or provide a new fridge but mainly leaves us to it.

One thing to note is that we live with Hugh's black cat called Cashew so understandably it is non negotiable that you must like cats! (and sadly we're saying no to other pets because he's a lone wolf)
