Come live with us! Clifton area top floor flat :)

Hi hey helloooo new housemate :)

We're Jemma, Hugh, Isaac and Guy! We've got one room available in September 2026 as Hugh is sadly moving out. We would love to find someone cool to come join us, move in date TBC but will be around mid September. It's a good sized place on the top floor, with great views of the city.

We're ideally looking for a female professional, and generally a good egg. You can be someone social or someone who is happy to be left to breathe in your own space! We’re a bit of both ☺️

Whilst we are on such a lovely street in Clifton, the views come with 6 flights of stairs so you will need to be prepared for that! The room is pretty much unfurnished except a bed, a bed side set of drawers and a sofa bed. There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen. It’s a bit of an odd, old flat but we manage to keep the place clean, tidy and welcoming. The rent is £500 pcm which includes all bills, internet and council tax. Parking is available but requires a permit with Bristol City Council that varies in price depending on your road tax and will also be the 3rd permit of the flat (so might be expensive). We have a private Landlord who is a laid back but reliable guy. He'll come fix a leak or provide a new fridge but mainly leaves us to it.
