There is a bathroom / shower with a skylight. We also have use of the landlord’s spacious private garden. It also benefits from being really quiet.

The flat’s well located – 5 minutes walk to the Triangle, 5 minutes from The Downs and 2 minutes from Whiteladies Road. There’s a bus stop just outside the house and Clifton Down station is less than 5 minutes walk away.

You’ll be sharing with me – I’m a 38 year old primary school teacher. I’m warm, friendly, quiet, and easy to get along with, clean and tidy. I enjoy cooking, sharing meals, going for walks, being creative as well as coffee and conversation!

The room is available from 1st January 2027. The rent is £820 pcm including council tax and a cleaner every fortnight. Utility bills are on top of this and work out as roughly £80 pcm.
