Spacious double bedroom in Cliftonwood

Hello! We have a double room available in a great house located 5 minutes walk from Clifton Village and the Harbourside.

Each room has a shared bathroom ~ 2 people per bathroom. We are looking for one female to keep the gender ratio even :)

You’d share with working professionals (3 Males / 2 females), who strive to live in a tidy house. We actively like to make it more of a home.

I'm Millie, studying for a mechanical engineering PhD and I'm a keen pilot in my spare time. We also have Daniel, an electrical design engineer and beer enthusiast. Gareth, who works in property, plays football, cycles badly and can't stop singing. Alex, a teaching assistant and musician, and Brooke who works in recruitment and single handedly keeps Vinted and Viet Kitchen in business!

We enjoy spending evenings relaxing, cooking, watching films and TV, and trips to the pub.

Although we also have our own interests away from the house, we tend to chat about our days over dinner and spend the evenings socialising together. We make great use of our communal areas, including the kitchen and living room.

We’re looking for a sociable, open-minded, and tidy addition to our lovely home.

One female (to keep the house even) between 25 and 34 would be ideal.

All expected appliances are available, including a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer).

Room is available early November.
Monthly room rate is £550pcm
Deposit is £634
Bills are split equally, adding up to approx. £90 (all included) / month.
