-I'm Looking for someone to move in from December 20th (although I could do 16th - 19th if that's preferable).
- I will be on holiday from 26th-16th Jan, back for 2-3 weeks then off again for a month in February so you will have the flat to yourself for that time. Please note, no couples.

-Ideally looking for someone who works 9-5 and doesn’t work from home.
Location
The flat is located on Pembroke road, Clifton -ground floor and belongs to a beautiful building. The flat is modern and in great condition. Double glazed windows, open plan with a new kitchen. No bike storage. The flat is a few minutes walk from Clifton village, Clifton Suspension Bridge and Whiteladies Road. It’s well-connected with public transport, making it easy to access the city center and other parts of Bristol.

I currently work as a personal trainer but I'm in the process of moving my business online. I try and work a normal 8-4/5 day but can work some evenings and weekends.
From late December to mid-Jan, I'll be on holiday, so you will have the flat to yourself for a few weeks. I will then be going to Spain for a month so you will have the flat to yourself during this time.
I'm quite extroverted, very easygoing, and an open communicator. I really value a clean and tidy home and am looking for someone who wants to keep the space this way, too, especially when I'm away. I'm not a huge drinker or partyer, so someone who matches this vibe would be good!
Living space
Open plan living room and kitchen, all modern and in great condition and fully furnished. The living area is spacious and a great space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a coffee machine.
Room
Truth be told, the double room isn’t huge (but the living space makes up for it). Because the room isn’t big, I’ve put a storage unit in the living room for you to keep extra things. However, if you have a lot of things to move, this probably isn’t the place for you. The room will come with a bed and bedside table, wardrobe and shelves.
Ideal flatmate/lodger
I am seeking a friendly, professional individual who works during the week. I'd like to work together and contribute to a comfortable environment for one another.
Rent and utilities
Bills are additional.
