Location
The flat is located on Pembroke road, Clifton and belongs to a beautiful building. The flat is modern and in great condition. Double glazed windows, open plan with a new kitchen. The flat is a few minutes walk from Clifton village, Clifton Suspension Bridge and Whiteladies Road. It’s well-connected with public transport, making it easy to access the city center and other parts of Bristol.

Parking/ bikes
There isn't any bike storage, but a second residents' parking permit can be purchased for on-street parking if you have a car.

Me
I'm extroverted, easygoing, and always up for a chat over a coffee or catching up after work. That said, I think the best house shares are where everyone has their own hobbies, and routines too, so there's a nice balance of being friendly while respecting each other's space :)

I like keeping the flat clean and tidy, so I'm looking for someone who's happy to do the same. I'm not a big drinker or partier, so someone with a similar lifestyle would probably be a good fit.

Living space
Open plan living room and kitchen, all modern and in great condition and fully furnished. The living area is spacious and a great space to relax. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Room
The double room isn’t huge (but the living space makes up for it). Because the room isn’t big, I’ve put a storage unit in the living room for you to keep extra things. However, if you have a lot of things to move, this probably isn’t the place for you.
