Single room in Clifton Downs

Hi all,

I am looking for someone who need secondary accommodation in Bristol.

So the room may suit for someone who is visiting Bristol for work/study for few days a week.
(I would consider if someone looking for full 7 day stay,
if the person doesn't require much cooking during the week and have tones of belongings)

Flat located in clifton downs, near the village and suspension bridge.
The flat is newly renovated and maintains clean and tidy. Also very quiet most of times.

**Room has a desk, lamp, mirror and bedside cabinet.
** Bedding and Towels can be provided.

We have a dog-Jack Russell, so if you have an allergy to a dog or not a dog lover, it won't be good fit for you/us.

Unfortunately, there is no garage/ bike shed, nor parking available on the property (can do visitors parking-subject to availability and charge may apply).

Sorry but, No SMOKERS or E- cigarette users please.
