Room available in a 4-bed flat close to
Clifton Village.

We are looking for someone to move in on November 10th.

Us and The flat :

We (Iman, Maisie and Niall) live in a top-floor
maisonette next to Clifton Village. We’re young professionals in our twenties
(24-26). Our interests are include film, cooking, baking, reading, fitness, music, gaming and crafts. We are respectful of each others space and peace but are up for the occasional flat meal.

We have a large communal living room including a dining area, and a
separate kitchen with the usual appliances, as well as two bathrooms.

There is also permit parking and bike
storage within the flat building available. In addition, we have access to a large communal garden which is great in the summer ☀🌷.

The room is on the second floor of the
maisonette and will come unfurnished but the bed, mattress and set of shelves
in the room are available to buy.

Rent/Bills etc:

The room is £465.85/month (bills not
included). Rent is per calendar month and the contract is 6 months and then
rolling.

Ideally, we would be looking for someone able to commit to living in the flat longer term. The deposit is £325. Guarantor/references potentially required for our letting agent.

Household bills and expenses are split
equally and come to roughly £100 per month over the year (Council Tax, internet, water, gas & electricity and TV licence) which we sort out via the app Splitwise. We share weekly cleaning responsibilities on a rota
basis 🧼🧹.

No smoking/pets/couples. No students,
although PhDs with an employment contract are allowed.
